Mehrnoosh Aryanpour
CEO/Founder
Mehrnoosh brings extensive experience as a previous sanctions and energy attorney at top law firms, serving as a partner at Gide Loyrette Nouel as well as Senior Counsel at Gibson Dunn and Holland & Knight LLP. She successfully ran practices in Afghanistan, Europe, and the greater Middle East, advising integrated oil companies on major upstream, midstream, and downstream projects from planning stage to completion.
Ilia Beloly
Principal
Ilia's experience in early stage project identification and development comes from work at Macquarie and JERA, where he originated over 3GW of projects across wind, solar, hydropower and geothermal.
With experience of creating project portfolios by in-house development and by M&A, Ilia brings unique understanding of both technical and financial aspects of project development.
Masaki Goto
Principal
Masaki adds financial expertise from his private equity work in Abidjan, Côte d'Ivoire where he focused on West Africa and from his early-stage investment and project development in emerging markets with IFC. He also worked in an Asian M&A and Project Finance advisory role with EY where he worked on photovoltaic, hydropower, and wind power generation projects.

A graduate of UPenn's Lauder program, a duel-degree which entails an MBA from Wharton and MA from Lauder, Oscar has a rich background in consulting, working for firms such as Deloitte, and business development. Born and raised in Caracas, Venezuela, Oscar has a strong understanding of managing projects in the region and a rich network in Latin America.
Lukas von Koch
Operations
As a previous climate tech founder, Lukas has been a YPrize finalist at Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. With a background in consulting, he has worked for firms such as The Climate Board, RMI, and the Philadelphia Energy Authority.
He has also published research in solid-state physics which he presented at the 2022 Microscopy and Microanalysis conference.
Antero Alvarado
Advisor
Antero is Green Swan's gas expert from Caracas, Venezuela. A visiting professor at the highly esteemed IESA business school, Antero is a Partner and Principal Director at Gas Energy Latin America, a regional consulting firm where he has worked for 10+ years. He has also spent time as an energy analyst for IPD Latin America and worked in commodities and energy for Thomson Reuters.
